Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:



Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points

Executes all kinds of construction survey

Checking the as built drawings.

Responsible for established horizontal and vertical control on pre and construction stages.

Responsible for survey reports to ensure proper layout and controls to the structures during pre and post construction stages.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of survey instruments to attain optimum accuracy.

Discusses with the Construction / Technical Manager any changes/ modifications/ obstructions experienced during survey work.

Execute all kinds of construction survey.

Directs and supervises the land surveyors in preparing the layout and identifying the excavation levels for each project

Check all as built drawings which are altered as per site condition to prevent future conflicts.

Coordination with consultant for inspection and approvals

Plans, organizes, and directs the work of the Land Surveyors, Asst. Surveyor, Chainmen

Carries out inspections on survey work in coordination with the client/ consultant representative.

Qualifications



Diploma in Surveying Minimum 8 years in land surveying. Good command in English Arabic is an asset.
