Abu Alnaga Contracting is seeking a skilled professional who can perform dual responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor for
a high-rise building project
in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have
experience in building construction
, particularly in high-rise projects, and be proficient in both quantity take-offs and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for structural, architectural, and MEP works.
Develop and update detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure alignment between site progress and drawings.
Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor invoices and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in high-rise building projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, estimation methods, and drafting standards.
Available in UAE
for immediate interview and joining.
