Purvanchal Contracting LLC, a leading construction company based in Dubai, is looking to hire an experienced

Land Surveyor

with high-rise building experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying for high-rise projects, with 5-10 years of experience, and a deep understanding of the surveying techniques and practices essential for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure distances, directions, and angles to determine, locate, and define boundaries, maintaining the cadastre. Produce detailed reports for clients and management to assist in decision-making. Create maps, plans, models, and charts for project documentation and planning purposes. Perform site surveys and other survey functions as required to support high-rise construction projects. Assist in the procurement of packages for surveying tasks, ensuring the proper materials and equipment are acquired. Liaise with engineers, sub-contractors, clients, and other on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawing coordination, and other technical documentation. Ensure the quality of construction layouts, column placements, tower crane and hoist verticality, and block/plaster finishes for high-rise buildings. Use GPS systems, Robotic Total Stations (Theodolites), aerial and terrestrial scanners, and other advanced survey equipment. Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with construction drawings and standards. Maintain accurate records of surveys, measurements, and calculations for future reference.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience

in land surveying, with a focus on

high-rise building projects

. Strong experience in high-rise building layout, structural integrity checks, and verticality.
