Maintenance:
Conducting routine inspections, cleaning coils, and performing preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and efficiency.
Repair & Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, repairing or replacing faulty components like compressors and motors, and troubleshooting problems with various system types.
System Overhaul:
Overhauling air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as needed.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhering to strict safety protocols, managing refrigerant venting, and ensuring systems comply with industry standards.
Documentation:
Keeping accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completing work orders in a timely manner.
Customer Interaction:
Providing customers with recommendations for repairs and cost estimates.
