AC Technician

to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The AC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various AC units, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain various types of air conditioning systems (split, package, ducted, VRV/VRF, etc.). Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance including gas refilling, filter cleaning, coil washing, and motor/bearing lubrication. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, fan motors, thermostats, and electrical controls. Check for leaks, test systems for proper functioning, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Maintain service logs, work reports, and documentation. Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Respond to emergency calls and perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines during work execution.

Candidate Requirements:

High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an AC Technician

in the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of HVAC system operation, components, and safety procedures. Valid UAE manual driving license (preferred). Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach. Physically fit and willing to work in hot, confined, or elevated environments. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts when required.
