AC Technician

to join our growing team.

Job Overview

The AC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate must have practical experience with various AC systems and a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and service different types of AC systems including split, package, ducted, and VRV/VRF units. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as refrigerant refilling, filter cleaning, coil washing, and lubrication of components. Replace or repair faulty components like compressors, fan motors, thermostats, and electrical parts. Check systems for leaks, perform pressure tests, and ensure full compliance with performance and safety standards. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate effectively with supervisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues onsite. Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. 2-3 years of proven experience as an AC Technician in the UAE or GCC. In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety practices. Valid UAE manual driving license (preferred). Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Physically fit, able to work in hot, confined, or elevated areas. Willing to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts when required.
