Experience
Minimum 3+ years in jewellery retail sales (mandatory)
Language Requirement
Malayalam - mandatory
Hindi, English, Arabic or Tamil are strongly preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven jewellery salesperson with a proven closing record. This role is for someone who loves selling, thrives on targets, and knows how to convert walk-ins into confident buyers.
If you are aggressive in approach (not rude), sharp in customer reading, and take pride in numbers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage customers and drive conversions from walk-in footfall
Understand customer needs quickly and recommend the right jewellery
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build trust and long-term relationships with repeat customers
Confidently pitch gold, diamond, and premium jewellery
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and closing with confidence
Maintain high standards of display, grooming, and store presentation
Work closely with the store team to maximize daily sales opportunities
