We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented

Senior Footwear Sales Executive

who can contribute to this growing division through exceptional sales performance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers with professionalism and genuine product expertise, assisting them in selecting footwear based on fit, style, and function. Maintain an advanced understanding of product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections. Achieve sales goals through effective consultative selling, upselling, and client relationship management. Ensure the retail area or warehouse showroom maintains top-tier presentation and adheres to visual merchandising standards. Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers. Support inventory control by coordinating with warehouse teams for stock accuracy and timely product availability. Collaborate with management on promotional activities, product launches, and sales strategies. Provide market feedback on customer preferences, competitors, and upcoming footwear trends.

Requirements

Minimum

4 years of experience

in retail sales, preferably in footwear or luxury fashion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Well-presented, confident, and passionate about fashion and lifestyle products. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexibility to work in both

store and warehouse environments

as part of operations.
