Job Description
The Senior IT Support Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's IT systems. This role involves managing hardware, software, networks, and security infrastructure, while also mentoring junior IT staff and driving improvements in IT processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT support experience
. Strong knowledge ofnetworking, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices
. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Relevant certifications (e.g.,MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+
) are a plus.Key Attributes
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach. Leadership qualities with the ability to train and guide junior staff.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
