Position: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi

Joining Date: 9th June 2025 (Immediate joiner preferred)

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, be fluent in English, and currently reside in the UAE. Candidates must be ready for immediate joining.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure stability
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve user issues in a timely manner
- Assist in system upgrades, backups, and security implementations
- Maintain documentation of systems and support procedures
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Must be based in the UAE
- Must be available to join immediately or by 9th June 2025
