Job Description
Senior Inventory and Supply Chain Performance will continuously monitor and improve the inventory management and Supply Chain performance at all NOMAC Plants and Offices through continuous inventory quality analysis and improvements, measurement and improvement of SC KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, SAP usage improvements as well as enhancements, implementations of new digital solutions and data analytics supporting SC strategy/operational improvements thus ensuring that the SC Performance is meeting the targeted level with full compliance to procedures.
Who will fit:
- 10 plus years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Power/Oil and Gas Industry with at least 5 years in Middle Management level in the Inventory Management function. Sound experience in handling SAP related transactions, and report developments.
- Minimum of Bachelors degree holder in Business administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Logistics and distribution or equivalent.
- Expert in Inventory Management with multi geography inventory exposure.
- Champion of the SAP MM Module
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
- Strong customer service, time management and coordination skills.
- Excellent data on analytical skills.
- Eye for detail; accuracy is imperative.
- Demonstrated high-level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work with multi geography teams and able to deliver without having direct authority.
- Ability to develop working relationships with Plant Managers and Country SC Heads to facilitate implementations of improvements
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational health and safety and environment management systems.
- Understanding of Supply Chain related risks and its possible mitigations.
