At this position, you will assist in the management of an organization\'s logistics systems. They coordinate the shipment and distribution of goods, inspect goods and materials, track shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party services.

- Handling watches and spare parts receiving, checking, preparing purchase order entry (GRN) and posting to the Sage Software
- Maintaining records and inventory of all outgoing and incoming goods and monitoring stock availability
- Checking the inventory list and dispatching the items from the store which are not available in the showroom
- Transfer in and out new models received or the existing ones as per the requirement
- Monthly inventory being carried out to minimize the discrepancy
- Arranging the watch model wise and ensure it is in working condition
- Ensure the warranty cards are available for each model and it is kept and arranged familywise
- Reconciliation of the statement of order placed against the goods received
- Following up with the shipment from FedEx to ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinating with the Retail Operations Manager with regards to issuing and receiving goods
- Sending invoices of goods received from vendors and forwarding it to the accounts department for payment
- Comparing information on invoices and shipping notices to goods received or issued to verify the accuracy of the order
- Additionally Procuring office stationeries from the vendor according to the requirement
- Shipping Arrangement and Coordination:
- To request dealers to open LC or advanced TT payments before ex-factory date
- To check the LC details
- To forward shipping instructions and all shipping documents between dealer\'s nominated forwarders and factory\'s forwarder
- Documentation, Attestation and Legalization:
- To prepare shipping documents based on LC or dealer\'s requirements
- To prepare certificate of origin through online system and to arrange attestation and legalization from Chamber and Ministries
- Import/ Export Customs Clearance:
- To handover documents to agents for Customs clearance
- To check BOE for Customs clearance
Your profile:
- You graduated a Bachelor\'s Degree
- You have an excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- You have an ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You have prior experience in logistics or supply chain management
- You speak English (Arabic preferred)
