GCB Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join a vibrant Hospitality and high-end F&B Consultancy and Design firm in Dubai. They are an international firm that is committed to delivering exceptional designs and strategies while fostering continuous learning and development among its team members. For this position you will be based in the Dubai office, collaborating closely with a passionate team dedicated to elevating the standard of design in the hospitality sector.
The successful Senior Interior Designer will be offered:

Senior Interior Design Requirements:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
8 - 10 years of leadership experience within the high-end hospitality design industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing strong concept skills in hospitality and/or F&B projects
Proficent in REVIT / BIM
Sketching skills and knowledge in AI tools would be helpful
Excellent communication skills
Experience working within MENA and European markets - with an understanding of local standards, regulations and practices
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key duties as the Senior Interior Designer will include:

Assist the Head/Associate of Interior Design and Managing Director with project execution and creative processes.
Develop comprehensive pre-concept and concept presentations with minimal guidance.
Ensure timely maintenance of deadlines, budgets, and schedules while reporting issues promptly.
Lead 2 projects throughout the pre-concept or concept phases, participating in 3 to 5 projects concurrently.
Enhance current materials, standards, and libraries while improving QAQC processes.
Coordinate design project phases from initial sketches to final implementation.
Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and specifications for construction and installation.
Select and manage procurement processes for furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during implementation.
Oversee and supervise junior designers and project staff.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and team members.
Stay current with design trends and industry standards to deliver innovative solutions.
