SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - DUBAI We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer for our client, a hospitality design consultancy based in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the design and supervision of interior spaces, collaborate with clients to understand their vision, develop innovative design concepts, manage project timelines and budgets, and lead a team of project designers while coordinating with stakeholders. We are looking for someone energetic with a great personality. Responsibilities include: Assist the Head/Associate of Interior Design and/or the Managing Director in project execution, focusing on creative and conceptual processes. Develop pre-concept and concept presentations with minimal guidance. Lead the development of narrations and interior design concepts. Ensure deadlines, budgets, and schedules are met, reporting issues promptly. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading at least two projects during pre-concept or concept phases. Enhance company libraries, standards, and materials. Improve QAQC processes and their implementation. Coordinate all design project phases from initial sketches to final implementation. Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation. Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, negotiate with vendors, and manage procurement. Conduct site visits to oversee installation and quality control. Supervise junior and interior designers. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and team members to promote the company's image. Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and standards to provide innovative solutions. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field. Extensive experience in REVIT. A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in high-profile projects. Keen eye for design, color, and spatial arrangements, with meticulous attention to detail. Understanding of materiality, aesthetics, and creative leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong prioritization skills. Experience working in the MENA and European markets, familiar with local standards and regulations.
