Handle end-to-end immigration and visa processes for Schengen countries
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 7-10 immigration consultants
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration regulations
Coordinate with clients and provide expert guidance throughout the process
Monitor team performance and ensure timely case closures
Handle escalations and complex immigration cases
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Immigration Consultant (Schengen expertise mandatory)
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Target-driven and detail-oriented approach
