Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients and provide accurate information on immigration and visa services.
Convert leads through professional consultations via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Maintain strong product knowledge of visa categories, requirements, and processes.
Follow up with clients and ensure excellent after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Manage and update CRM records and client documentation.
Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
Requirements
Previous experience in immigration sales or similar field preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Excellent customer service attitude.
Knowledge of UAE immigration/visa market is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
