The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of global immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.), strong consultative sales skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You will guide clients through the immigration process while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation & Client Handling:
Provide expert immigration advice tailored to each client's eligibility and destination requirements.
Conduct detailed assessments to determine suitable immigration pathways.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa categories, eligibility, and legal requirements.
Sales & Business Development:
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into clients through consultative selling.
Proactively follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Upsell additional services such as post-landing support, job search assistance, or study abroad options.
Documentation & Case Management:
Coordinate with internal case processing teams to ensure timely submission of client applications.
Review and ensure the completeness of documentation before submission.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
Handle objections and provide solutions for client concerns.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Stay updated on immigration laws and changes across multiple countries.
Provide weekly sales reports and client feedback to the management team.
