. This role involves end-to-end case management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on EU immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on
EU immigration laws
, including work and residence permits,
EU Blue Cards
, and entry requirements
Manage the
full immigration case lifecycle
across multiple EU jurisdictions
Prepare, review, and submit visa and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Liaise with
government authorities, embassies, and external legal partners
Ensure compliance with
EU mobility frameworks
and country-specific immigration regulations
Monitor permit validity, renewals, and support
right-to-work compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for
clients, HR teams, and internal stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to
process improvements and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Law, Human Resources, International Relations
, or a related field
Minimum
5 years of experience
in EU immigration or global mobility
Strong knowledge of
EU immigration regulations and Schengen rules
Proven experience handling
complex, multi-country immigration cases
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in
English
(additional EU languages are an advantage)
