Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
- Education: MBA / Master's degree in HR or equivalent; certifications in Industrial Relations or Labour Laws preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in HR in construction/EPC, with proven exposure to multi-site operations and large workforce management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation, HSE integration, and site HR administration.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills for client reporting and compliance audits.
