Job Title: Human Resources Director
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, aligning policies and practices with the University's strategic goals and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and staff development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, structures, and policies to support organizational goals.
• Monitor compliance with federal and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, compensation, and benefits.
• Oversee employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair resolution.
• Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.
• Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support succession planning, talent management, and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's in HR Management, MBA, or equivalent with CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years' HR experience, with at least 5 in a senior management role (higher education experience desirable).
