Provide HR consultation and advice to the leadership and business stakeholders on HR best practices and maximize employee efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair, and consistent management of staff, and ensure that the employee handbook is up to date.
Ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organization.
Provide Employee Relations Advisory services and counsel to managers and employees on grievance, complex HR issues, performance management, conflict resolution, reorganizations, progressive discipline, formal grievance procedure and other employment matters.
Ensure efficient employee grievance redressal process, conduct fair investigation procedures in line with AE Code of Conduct and consequence management policies.
Ensure smooth people transition process (internal transfer and relocation process) as per company policy.
Liaise with recruitment team for smooth on-boarding process and ensure that new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possible.
Track completion of Probationary Reviews and monitor any issues requiring follow up measures.
Drive the annual performance management process across the GCC.
Ensure completion of annual goal settings and annual performance management is done properly in accordance to established timeline, program, and framework.
On time closure of all promotions, pay correction and management inventive disbursement as per guidelines and timelines define.
Manage the exit process for employees in termination, resignation, and non-renewal situations.
Work with employees, managers, and various administrative units to ensure the exit process is completed effectively.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data and trends to develop ways to improve employee retention and engagement.
Use all available HR data to ensure HR analytics supports all reporting, action planning and decision making and put forward recommendations for change.
Design and implement a comprehensive employee wellness program directed toward reducing health risks and improving the health status of employees.
Support Regional HR Manager in designing and implementation of C&B framework and salary benchmarking.
Generate headcount, exit status, exit interview and any other report whenever asked by Regional HR Manager.
Any other ad-hoc duties or special projects assigned by Regional HR Manager.
