- Worked in a high intensity / fast paced environment with an ability to quickly shift priorities (in our case, this happens a lot so it would be good to have someone who is able to be flexible to the potential change)
- Data analysis:
- Able to derive insights from data we dont typically have access to raw data, and rely on the team to send it, but the skill I require here is someone who can tell a story from the data we receive (and to be able to request and receive the data from the team)
- Reporting and tracking key metrics (especially for cyclical reports such as annual, sustainability, integrated, corporate governance reports and prospectus)
- Report writing:
- Drafting sections for the reports (as mentioned above) and collating data from the team for our respective sections in the overall reports
- Summarising findings, making recommendations
- Tailoring reports to different audiences
- PowerPoint Presentation creation:
- Create decks for Board / NRC and any other adhoc presentations we require
- Skilled in creating visually appealing decks that are tailored to clearly articulate key messages to the respective audience (whether committees, or other purposes)
- Overall Strategic support:
- Support in researching and benchmarking activities for HR initiatives coming up (such as Women in Management)
- Assist in preparing materials for workshops, meetings, etc.
- Proficient in Excel and PPT
- Good written / verbal skills
- Collaborative, works well in a team
- Attention to detail and especially when it comes to the Data elements
- Organised and able to manage numerous projects at the same time
