Job Summary:



We are seeking a

highly motivated and exceptionally organized

Senior Human Resource Officer

to join our team. This role requires someone who can independently manage the full HR function, ensure compliance, and maintain proper coordination with internal departments such as accounts and external parties like the PRO. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee lifecycle management as well as in handling company-related documentation such as trade licenses and insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment and sourcing

of new employees, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain

accurate and up-to-date employee records

, including personal files, contracts, warnings, leave balances, and termination documentation Issue

warning letters, notices, and termination documents

in compliance with labor laws and internal policies Monitor and process

employee leave applications

, ensuring alignment with company policies Assist in performance review coordination and disciplinary proceedings

Payroll & Coordination:



Coordinate with the

accounts department for payroll

processing, overtime calculations, WPS, and deductions Ensure timely submission of all relevant documents for

monthly payroll inputs


Compliance & Administration:



Keep

company trade licenses, labor cards, and commercial registrations

up to date Track and renew

company insurance policies

, including employee medical insurance Coordinate with the

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

for visa processing, labor approvals, and government-related matters Maintain and update

office-related legal and administrative documentation

such as tenancy contracts, utility accounts, etc.

HR Policies & Reporting:



Ensure all HR processes follow

local labor laws and internal SOPs

Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and documentation for management review Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Minimum

5+ years of experience

in a similar HR role, preferably in a

construction, trading, or industrial environment

Excellent knowledge of

UAE Labor Law

, WPS, and visa processing requirements Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and Sharepoint Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Fluent in English Must be

highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
