Job Title: Senior HSE Manager
Location: Dubai South, Dubai, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for our real estate development project and offices in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ensuring compliance to related HSE and UAE regulations, implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, incident investigations, and safety trainings, and fostering a culture of safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies in compliance with UAE regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections across construction sites.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Liaise with government authorities for permits and compliance.
Ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards.
Monitor environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.
Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
10+ years of HSE experience, including experience with a
real estate developer
in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications. In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (DCD, DM, AD EHS, etc.). Strong leadership and communication skills.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED37,000.00 per month
