  • Role: MEP Site Manager
  • Employment Type: Outsource role

  • Contract Duration: 3 Months
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates all site construction activities
  • Supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
  • Maintains the job site office and closes out projects.
  • Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
  • Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems
Requirements:
  • Recognized qualification in Building Services Engineering or other appropriate engineering subject is preferred. Candidates without formal engineering qualifications may be considered if they have acquired sufficient experience (minimum 5 years) to demonstrate competence in the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the same category of UAE project delivery.
  • Well versed in all aspects of MEP to understand technical drawing & shop drawings, to provide material breakdown, efficiently handle a work force of 50 personnel proficiency in AutoCAD & other related software related to Rivit or Autocad.
