? We're Hiring: Senior HR Specialist
? Location: Dubai
? Salary: Up to AED 15,000/month
We are currently seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and will play a key role in supporting core HR functions and employee life cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support full Employee Life Cycle (ELC) including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding
Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and maintain up-to-date HRIS and employee records
Draft and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and addendums
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and UAE labour regulations
Coordinate HR projects, employee engagement activities, and handle grievance procedures
Assist in preliminary interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and schedule interviews
Key Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Strong experience in payroll, HRIS, C&B, data reporting, and general HR operations
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu
