We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to support and manage core HR functions related to our IT business, including outsourced operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR operations, particularly in high-volume blue-collar environments such as IT, construction, logistics, or industrial services. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, employee support, and timely coordination with internal teams and external teams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Act as the HR focal point for manpower deployed across multiple project sites. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, medical, EID, and visa steps are completed in a timely manner. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company and legal requirements. Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with internal PROs and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA). Support payroll processing by ensuring attendance, leave, and absence records are accurately maintained. Prepare HR reports and manpower summaries for management and client updates. Assist with employee relations issues, grievances, and welfare initiatives on-site and at the accommodation level. Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal policies at all stages of the employee lifecycle. Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks by clients and regulatory bodies. Collaborate closely with operations, recruitment, and site teams to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. 6-8 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the IT, construction, manpower outsourcing, or industrial services sector. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and high-volume HR practices. Experience with HR systems, employee records, and government portals. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters professionally. * Proficiency in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
