We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to support and manage core HR functions related to our IT business, including outsourced operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR operations, particularly in high-volume blue-collar environments such as IT, construction, logistics, or industrial services. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, employee support, and timely coordination with internal teams and external teams. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the HR focal point for manpower deployed across multiple project sites.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, medical, EID, and visa steps are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with internal PROs and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring attendance, leave, and absence records are accurately maintained.
  • Prepare HR reports and manpower summaries for management and client updates.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, grievances, and welfare initiatives on-site and at the accommodation level.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal policies at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks by clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, recruitment, and site teams to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • 68 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the IT, construction, manpower outsourcing, or industrial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and high-volume HR practices.
  • Experience with HR systems, employee records, and government portals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Proficiency in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
