We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Junior HR EXECUTIVE with 3-5 years of HR experience in the construction or contracting industry. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing site-based personnel, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance across multiple projects. This role is ideal for professionals ready to take the next step in their HR career while contributing directly to construction site operations and project needs.
Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage to you.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of construction manpower including laborers, site engineers, and technical staff
Support site mobilization, visa processing, and documentation for new hires and renewals
Maintain accurate employee records, site attendance logs, and contract statuses
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for manpower planning and daily HR issues
Help implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and HSE site standards
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary procedures, and minor grievance resolutions
Assist in preparing payroll inputs, timekeeping, and overtime records
Monitor accommodation arrangements and welfare of site-based employees
Generate regular HR reports and updates for senior HR management
Participate in audits, inspections, and HR reviews as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, contracting, or industrial manpower
Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multi-national teams
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Ability to work across office and site locations
UAE driving license is an advantage
