with strong experience in end-to-end HR management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UAE-based HR experience and the maturity to independently handle all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, documentation, and staff discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with
UAE Labour Law
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
- from sourcing to onboarding
Lead
employee onboarding
, orientation, and maintain HR records and files
Handle
employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution
Coordinate with
PROs
for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor documentation
Ensure compliance with
MOHRE, GDRFA
, and Free Zone/Mainland labor requirements
Manage health insurance, payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance records
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, training & development programs, and performance tracking
Prepare monthly
HR dashboards
, manpower reports, and organizational charts
Act as a liaison between management and staff for daily HR operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
, visa processes, and employment regulations
Confident in managing
employee discipline and grievance handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work
independently
and maintain confidentiality
Fluency in
English
