A Senior HR Officer\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR Team. MAIN DUTIES
Provide best in class support, service, guidance and contextual detail to expatriate, and HO staff for employment related questions, concerns and issues related to the full HR cycle;
Coordinates and facilitates on-boarding and off-boarding of expatriate staff;
Manages and supports operational issues related to expatriate employees, checking and replying the emails;
Review, revise and streamline general HR procedures and forms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
Collaborate with the International Recruiting Agency
Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns;
Develop and maintain periodic human resources reports for management;
Develop, update, implement and/or communicate personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations;
Understand and is able to serve as a back-up on all functions completed by the fellow HR Officer, including payroll, onboarding and off-boarding;
Employment renewal and non-renewal compliance;
Granting Final Settlement, Leave Salaries & Ticket Encashment;
Approving annual upcoming vacation and leave monitoring;
Recruiting and staffing Local and International hiring process;
CPR issue and renewals;
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations;
Coordinate and communicate with all level of employees;
Monthly & Quarterly Reports;
Performs employee relations and concerns management;
Payroll processing;
Dealing with external administration & negotiation;
Schedule Meetings & Interviews;
Immigration and Passport works compliance;
MOI, MOH Legal regulation works;
OEC documents preparation (Philippines Embassy);
CR arrangement;
Conduct Team Building and other such managerial activities;
Prepare and set KPIs
Other duties as assigned by the Management;
EDUCATION & BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s /Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or related field;
A minimum of 3-8 years of relevant Human Resources experience;
Understand Bahrain labor law;
Knowledge of human resource functions (salaries and benefits, recruitment, training, and development, etc.);
Critical thinker with constructive approach to problem solving with the ability to identify issues and opportunities,
Demonstrate sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information;
Well organized with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment;
Ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution oriented and creative;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) as well as the capacity to operate in HR Software such as Paylite or any other;
Good telephone etiquette;
Great active listening skills;
A patient and empathetic attitude;
