Job Description

Senior HR Officer will work under the general guidance of the corporate policy of AAR Enterprises LLC and be responsible for human resource planning of the organization. Coordinate withthe back-office team on preparing compensation packages and monthly remuneration process according to the UAE labour Law. He/she should have a clear understanding of the skills and experience required for any job role of the organization. When hiring must have sound judgment of shortlisting candidate to suit the job and the company work culture. Ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely manner, from placing advertisements to interviewing and hiring. HR Specialist also executes the branch talent development strategy by planning inhouse and external training programs. HR specialist also must engage recruit with orientation program to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s standard of procedures (SOP). Main Responsibilities and Duties: Recruiting and interviewing candidates, checking references, and performing background checks. Making hiring decisions. Organizing and running orientation sessions. Implementing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s recruiting strategy Interviewing applicants and short list candidates for required job role. Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation Execute quarterly and annual performance review sessions and provide recommendation to the Management. Effective Implementation of corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus, and benefits. Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs Continually assesses employee motivation level and review their performance in comparison to expectations. Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages and submit for management approval Focus on recurring programs to evaluate employee motivation and satisfaction. Ensure a mechanism to address employee concerns in effective manner. Plan quarterly and annual performance review session. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation of UAE Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
