Key Duties and Responsibility

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and on-boarding of new hires.

Oversee HR administration and ensure effective leave and attendance management in coordination with outlet managers.

Support and coordinate training & development initiatives across all levels of the organization to improve performance and employee growth.

Ensure full implementation and compliance with HR policies, processes, and procedures, aligned with labour laws and internal standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, issue employment contracts, and support the roll-out of HR systems and tools.

Conduct HR data analysis including turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics to identify trends and support operational planning.

Recommend improvements to HR systems, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Build strong working relationships with line managers, outlet supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR support.

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and support on general HR matters.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support company culture across multiple F&B outlets.

Job Specification:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR

Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail sector is highly preferred.

Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage cross-level stakeholder communication.

Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations or branches.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS or ATS systems.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of key HR functions.
