Manage the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, orientation, probation, contract renewal, and exit process).
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with Qatari labor law.
Prepare offer letters, and HR-related correspondence.
Maintain accurate employee records (hard copy and digital HR system).
Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations professionally.
Support managers in performance appraisal and training needs analysis.
Manage leave administration (annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, etc.).
Coordinate with PRO for visa, QID, and other government-related HR processes.
