Job Description

Manage the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, orientation, probation, contract renewal, and exit process). Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with Qatari labor law. Prepare offer letters, and HR-related correspondence. Maintain accurate employee records (hard copy and digital HR system). Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations professionally. Support managers in performance appraisal and training needs analysis. Manage leave administration (annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, etc.). Coordinate with PRO for visa, QID, and other government-related HR processes.

Payroll & Compensation:



Manage monthly payroll preparation and processing in coordination with Finance. Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances before finalizing payroll. Ensure timely WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and salary transfers. Process end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and final settlements. Handle staff medical insurance and renewals. Maintain payroll records and reports for management review.

Talent Management & Development:



Assist in workforce planning and recruitment for new positions. Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience (preferably in Real Estate or Construction sector in Qatar). Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and WPS system. Experience in payroll management and HR systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
