Provide training and guidance on performance evaluation methods and KPI tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws/regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
