Our client, a distinguished and rapidly expanding boutique real estate agency, is renowned for its exceptional service and dynamic team. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead all human resources functions and foster a high-performance culture.

The Senior HR Manager will be a pivotal leader, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals. This role requires a hands-on, strategic partner who can manage the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee development, all within the fast-paced real estate sector.
? Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of a boutique real estate firm.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, with a focus on attracting top-tier real estate agents, brokers, and support staff.
  • Develop a robust onboarding process that ensures new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and are productive quickly.
  • Create and manage succession planning and talent pipeline programs.
Performance & Compensation Management:
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and is tailored to a commission-driven environment.
  • Manage a competitive compensation and benefits structure, including commission plans, to attract and retain the best talent.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, managing all visa, immigration, and government relations processes.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are relevant and effectively communicated.
  • Manage all employee records and HR documentation with the utmost confidentiality.
Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs and create development programs, particularly in areas like sales techniques, market knowledge, and customer service.
  • Implement coaching and mentoring initiatives to support the professional growth of all employees.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Nurture a positive, collaborative, and high-energy working environment.
  • Develop and monitor employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce turnover.
  • Manage the resolution of complex employee relations issues.
?? Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven, in-depth experience with UAE labor laws, HR practices, and the local business landscape is mandatory.
  • Prior experience within the real estate, brokerage, or property development industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
