Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and issue offer letters
Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, and shift scheduling systems
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
