Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Monitor and manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Drive employee engagement and training initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
Assist in workforce planning and succession management.
Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4+ years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
