Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration
Support management with strategic HR planning and workforce development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction or electromechanical sector
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ERP experience is a plus)
