We arelooking a

dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across our group of companies and client organizations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, operational execution, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring for both internal needs and client mandates. Independently handle end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across multiple entities. Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. Drive automation and digitization of manual HR processes to enhance departmental efficiency. Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and in compliance with UAE labor laws and internal guidelines. Support the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee concerns and improve retention. Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to the management team. Coordinate training and development programs to elevate employee skills and performance.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and recruitment strategies.

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is mandatory.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
