Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff.
Collaborate with senior management on organizational development and workforce planning.
Handle administrative and operational HR activities efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of
4 years of HR experience in the UAE
, preferably within the
manufacturing industry
.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
