Island Tower Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive with proven UAE experience to independently manage HR operations within a complex, project-driven environment. This role is designed for HR professionals who have operated at a senior level and are confident handling workforce-intensive industries.

Role Scope (Senior-Level Responsibilities)

Full ownership of end-to-end HR operations across multiple projects and sites Strategic and operational manpower planning for white-collar and blue-collar workforce Senior-level recruitment for engineering, construction, and steel fabrication roles Independent handling of employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management Ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations Close coordination with PRO on visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, and renewals Oversight of payroll inputs, final settlements, gratuity, and statutory benefits Supporting management in performance management and workforce engagement initiatives Managing camp administration and workforce welfare in site-based environments

Mandatory Senior-Level Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline 6-10 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE Prior senior HR exposure in engineering, construction, or steel fabrication environments Strong command of UAE Labour Law and hands-on HR operations Demonstrated ability to manage both white-collar and large blue-collar workforce independently Ability to operate with minimal supervision and handle confidential matters professionally
Compensation AED 5,000 - 12,000 (All-Inclusive Package) Offered based on depth of experience and industry expertise.
