Job Profile



The Senior HR Executive will manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple entities within the Group, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, HR policy development, and HR reporting. The role supports management by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, and maintaining statutory compliance. The position plays a key role in workforce planning, attracting and retaining talent, standardizing HR practices, and providing accurate HR data and reports to management, while effectively managing HR activities for both blue-collar and white-collar employees across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection coordination, and onboarding. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle while maintaining accurate HR records and issuing all required HR documentation in line with company policies. Support the development, implementation, and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary guidelines. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies. Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, gratuity calculations, final settlements, and employee benefit administration. Prepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment to support management decision-making and workforce planning. Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating goal setting, reviews, and documentation in line with company guidelines. Identify training needs, coordinate internal and external training programs, and maintain training records to support employee development. Plan and support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and internal communications to promote a positive work culture. Act as a key HR point of contact for department heads and management by providing guidance on HR matters and supporting business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage Minimum 4-7 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration Ability to draft, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures Experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and management dashboards Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
