Key Duties:
Oversee recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Monitor attendance, leave, and performance records
Ensure full compliance with the UAE Labor Law
Coordinate between management and staff effectively
Candidate Requirements:
An Arabic MALE candidate is mandatory
Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in UAE
Strong knowledge of HR procedures and labor regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, organized, and trustworthy
