Our client is a high-end Interior Design company based in Dubai, known for its modern aesthetics and innovative design philosophy. As the business grows, they are seeking a Senior HR Executive who can lead and transform their HR department in line with the company's strategic vision.
Role Overview
As a Senior HR Executive, you'll oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations while playing a key role in building a positive, high-performance culture. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who have experience leading HR strategy and team management in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals
Drive employee engagement initiatives and nurture a positive workplace culture
Ensure that HR policies are current, compliant, and well-communicated
Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to support organizational objectives
Candidate Profile
Were looking for someone with:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a senior or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven track record in leading HR strategy, policy implementation, and team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience managing HR systems and employee data
