Responsibilities
Should have experience in handling HR related tasks and should be familiar with UAE Labor Laws
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Laws
Managing employee separation processes
Handle and investigate employee complaints impartially and objectively
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in HR related field
Familiarity with HR related laws and regulations
Positive and empathetic approach with the ability to consider different perspectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to collaborate within a team and maintain high level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Demonstrates an excellent work ethic and practices fairness
Proficiency in MS Office
Able to join immediately
Preferably on her own visa e.g. on Husband, Student, Father sponsorship.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
