Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to join our Qatar office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, local labor laws, and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems. Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company regulations. Support management in manpower planning and organizational development. Manage employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and reports. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee welfare programs. Coordinate with various departments to address staffing needs and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in HR, with at least

3 years in a senior or executive HR role

in Qatar. In-depth knowledge of

Qatar Labor Law

and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems. Candidates must be

locally available in Qatar

with a valid work visa or transferable sponsorship.
