Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Ensure DHA/DOH licensing and credentialing compliance for clinical staff.

2. HR Operations



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with UAE labour law and healthcare regulations. Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems. Manage HR systems and documentation, including contracts, leave, and benefits administration.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; resolve issues promptly and professionally. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the medical centre's mission and values. Plan and lead employee engagement and wellness programs.

4. Performance Management & Development



Implement performance appraisal systems and manage periodic staff evaluations. Identify training needs and facilitate development programs. Support managers and department heads in coaching and disciplinary actions.

5. Compliance & Policy Development



Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DOH regulations, and other healthcare industry standards. Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory changes. Liaise with external legal and regulatory bodies as required.
