Requirements
Experience supporting Tech-led business to scale & professionalise through later stage growth (Series B+, PE, IPO)
Proven ability to create strong working relationships with client groups distributed across multiple locations
Demonstrate sound counsel & challenge, balancing people and commercial implications
A credible and confident HR leader with strong influencing skills
Track record of mobilising change and delivering impact
A self-starter, you’re resilient and resourceful with a ‘can do’ attitude
Able to explain concepts or plans in a simple concise manner, low on ‘HR-speak’
Can adapt communication style depending on the audience
Trained Mental Health First Aider to join our active community or if willing to be trained
