Job Location: Ruwais, Abu Dhabi

Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor service.
Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
Ensures staff is trained on the safe handling of cleaning chemicals in accordance with department and is compliant with state, federal and local standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA, and any other applicable regulations. including safe use and PPE for the team
To adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, and monthly team meetings.
Maintain a cost control system for supplies, linen, and cleaning supplies for efficient operation of the Camp.
To report any maintenance problems observed either in rooms or around the camp immediately to the maintenance service supervisor, making sure that all the rooms are in fully working order.
To review and update the self-check cleaning sheets and to undertake all audits
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
To liaise with all the other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Camp.
